Firmware Update v.1.4.0 for Ugoos AM8 Series and SK1 devices

On Kodi, when I leave a video paused longer than 5-10 minutes the video freezes when I unpause while the audio keeps running, FF or RW doesn't help, have to stop the video.

Have 2 boxes and both have deleted all the letters / number when you are in Kodi and want to search for a show. The search box comes up but as said with no letters. Both boxes have just done the same thing within a week of each other. They are newly purchased can you tell me why this would be. \

hello i have tv box m8 and updated this firmware allminipc-ugoos-m8-amlogic-s802-SD-card-update.rar 460.2 MB ,now after update the same as for other guys when power off ,unplug the power cord,plug again,device no more go to blue light and stay on the red,what should i do,as it doesnt give any responce

Very exciting! But I like the smaller body of the UM2 dongle. I would like to see a UM3 with this new A17 CPU and Mali T-764 GPU. When will that happen?

I have an UGoos UT1 Android box that still has Jelly Bean 4.2.2 on it. Is there an update to the most recent version available on my box? How can I get it and install it? Also I attach a WD 2 Terabytes USB device to my UGoos UT1 box and it responds very slowly and does not display movies smoothly thru this device. My WD device works very well on my desktop PC and my laptop --windows 10. Why is it so slow on my UGoos UT1? Thanks Paul Kinmond
